CO+I is seeking a Principal Datacenter Efficiency Analyst to optimize Data Center Operations by concentrating on technical staff efficiency. This role involves enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, leveraging software tools, prioritizing tool enhancements, and driving accountability to improvement roadmaps. The candidate will apply their broad understanding of data center operations and capacity management to create strategies ensuring the effective staffing and utilization of technical teams in leased and owned facilities.
Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field AND 9+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
- OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field AND 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in large-scale mission-critical operations.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in data analytics, with the ability to turn large-scale datasets from multiple databases and systems into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence at various organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of data center operations, including physical infrastructure, hardware, systems, and the specific role of technical staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Business Analytics IC6 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $152,300 – $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $194,800 – $292,200 per year.
